| No. | Specifies the number of the involved entry or record, according to the specified number series. |
| Description | Specifies an explanation of the planning template. |
| Created at | Specifies when the planning template was created. |
| Created by | Specifies the name of the user who created the planning template. |
| Starting Date | Specifies the starting date for this planning template. If you are working with scheduling, this field must be filled to certify the planning template. |
| Ending Date | Specifies the ending date for this planning template. If you are working with scheduling, this field must be filled to certify the planning template. |
| Validity | Shows the current validity. More information can be found in the chapter Scheduling. |
| Status | Displays the current status of the planning template. |
| Repetition Period | Specifies the period, that will be added at the last active day |
| Template Active | Shows if the template is currently active. |
